Return Policy

  • Returns accepted for 5 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • 20% restocking fee
  • No returns on final sale items

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status.

Split Package Orders

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 10 - 14 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
